Chicken Breast (30%), Water, Brown Rice (18%), Green Beans, Shiitake Mushroom, Bean Sprouts (5%), Onion, Spring Onions, Sesame seeds, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Five Spice (1%), Brown Sugar, Rice Wine, Cornflour (Maize Starch), Ginger, Olive Oil, Sesame Oil.
This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.
To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave on full heat (800w) for 4 minutes, stir the curry, then the rice and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.
To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.
Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
