Chicken Breast (29%), Brown Pasta (Durum Wheat semolina) (20%), Spinach, Aubergine, Courgette, Basil (5%), Onion, Sundried Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese (Milk ), Pine Nuts, Olive Oil, Garlic.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 2 minutes, stir, then cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
