Nourishing and comforting after a tough game or session. This beef and rice dish will give carbs to replenish glycogen stores and high biological value protein to help repair and recover damaged muscle tissue. We have added carrot and spinach to add micronutrients to aid recovery.

White Rice (30%), Irish Beef Mince (22%), Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Carrots, Onion, Mushrooms, Oregano, Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Salt), Garlic, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Sea Salt.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave on full heat (800w) for 3 minutes, stir the Bolognese and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
