This creamy and delicious fish pie delivers not only on flavour but on nutrition too. 46g of protein from 3 different types of fish and cheese; phytonutrients from kale, carrots, spring onions and garlic, topped with a creamy potato mash.

Potato, Pollock (Fish ) (13%), Kale, Salmon (Fish ) (10%), Skimmed Milk, Smoked Haddock (Fish ) (6%), Carrots, Celery, Spring Onions, Red Cheddar Cheese (Milk ), Cornflour (Maize Starch), Butter (Butter (Milk ), Salt), Garlic, Parmesan Cheese (Milk ).

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 4 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, remove the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
