Brown Basmati Rice (17%), Chickpeas (16%), Coconut Milk (Water , Coconut Extract (25%) , Stabiliser: E466 , Antioxidant: E330), Potato (11%), Lentils, Water, Onion, Spinach (6%), Raisins, Curry Powder, Greek Style Natural Yogurt (Milk), Olive Oil, Garam Masala, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Fenugreek Seeds, Garlic, Sea Salt.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.

Microwave

To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 3 minutes, stir the curry and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.

Oven

To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
