Cooked Tomatoes [Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)], Irish Beef (18%), White Rice (17%), Water, Red Peppers (7%), Yellow Peppers, Onion, Red Wine Vinegar, Sweet Chilli Sauce (1%), Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce [Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Anchovies (Fish )], Garlic, Bay Leaves, Olive Oil.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 3 minutes, stir the beef and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
