Using aubergine as the lasgane sheets, this rich tomato and turkey bake is packed with spinach and butternut squash for extra phytonutrients. 71g protein with a over 200g veg!   This dinner is both satisfying and filling and the Mozzarella and Ricotta adds a gorgeous texture to the dish. Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Turkey Breast (18%), Butternut Squash, Aubergine (8%), Spinach, Onion, Mozzarella Cheese (Milk ), Ricotta Cheese (Milk ),Bacon, Basil, Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Salt), Garlic, Parsley, Sunflower Oil, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Sea Salt.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 6 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, remove the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 25 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
