Super lean turkey mince makes this chilli a real winner on the recovery front. We have teamed the chilli with kidney beans, sweetcorn and basmati rice for quick carbohydrate refuelling. Big on nutrition and big on taste!

White Rice (29%), Turkey Breast (18%), Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Kidney Beans (Red Kidney Beans, Water, Salt), Onion, Sweetcorn, Coriander, Red Cheddar Cheese (Milk ), Garlic, Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Salt), Cayenne Pepper, Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Paprika, Oregano, Olive Oil, Brown Sugar, Salt.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave on full heat (800w) for 3 minutes, stir the Chilli and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
