Nourishing and comforting after a tough game or session. This classic comes with a vegetarian twist. Chickpea, lentils and rice dish will give 110g of carbs to replenish glycogen stores and 24g of high biological value plant protein to help repair and recover damaged muscle tissue.

Brown Rice (25%), Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Lentils, Chickpeas, Carrots, Spinach, Onion, Mushrooms, Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Salt), Garlic, Oregano, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Sea Salt.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave on full heat (800w) for 3 minutes, stir the Bolognese and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 30 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
