Beef Mince, White Rice, Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Onion, Sweetcorn, Red Cheddar Cheese (Milk), Kidney Beans (Red Kidney Beans, Water, Salt), Coriander, Garlic, Olive Oil, Oregano, Parsley, Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Salt), Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Paprika, Sea Salt, Chilli Powder.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.

Microwave

To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 2 minutes, stir the beef and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.

Oven

To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the foil tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 15-20 minutes until piping hot.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
