Mussels (Molluscs) (14%), Potato (13%), Skimmed Milk, Celery (10%), Haddock (Fish)(10%), Hake (Fish)(10%), Salmon (Fish)(10%), Single Cream (Milk), Butter (Butter(Milk), Salt), Gram Flour, Fennel Seeds (3%), Dill.

Keep Refrigerated.

Remove seal on lid and leave partially open, microwave (800W) on full heat for 2 minutes and stir thoroughly. Cook for a further 2 minutes on full heat and leave to stand for 1 minute before eating.
