This Grilled Chicken and Sundried Tomato Caesar salad is the perfect nutritious and light lunch for people on the go!

Our Grilled Chicken Caesar salad is a light refreshing 500kCal lunch. This Caesar salad is paleo friendly containing succulent chicken breast, sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and tasty pine nuts, laid on bed of cos lettuce!

Cos lettuce is great source of Vitamin B2, used for fighting the damaging particles in the body, known as free radicals (free radicals can damage cells and DNA, and may contribute to the aging process) which helps our organism to produce energy from food as well as providing a better immune system.

Pine nuts contain a natural source of vitamin E which is great for contributing with normal blood cholesterol levels, healthy bones and protecting cells from oxidative stress. Pine nuts also contain hearth healthy fats and some plant protein.
