Introducing the Superfood Salmon Salad!
Adding to our popular Superfood Salad range, we’ve included the fantastic food – Fish!
Fish is a fantastic protein source and Salmon is rich in heart healthy Omega 3 fatty acids. Wonderful for health for all ages and tastes great too!
The salmon is baked with no added oil and just a hint of lemon juice to bring out the flavours. The salad contains little gems like pomegranate, sesame and pumpkin seeds, along with a substantial serving of veg from salad leaves, broccoli, butternut squash, red onion and beetroot joined by some quinoa.
The Superfood Salmon Salad yields 33 grams of protein and comes with Chef Andy’s light and zingy Balsamic dressing. A Perfect lunch to ward away the afternoon slump!
