A Mediterranean inspired dish with tender chicken pieces, red and yellow bell peppers in fragrant turmeric, paprika and garlic infused rice.

Chicken Breast (25%), Water, Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Arborio Rice (15%), Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Mushrooms, Onion, Butter (Butter (Milk ), Salt), Garlic, Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Paprika, Sea Salt.

This foil tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 2 minutes, stir, then cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the foil tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 30 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
