This rich turkey ragu is one of life’s simple pleasures! Served with phytonutrient rich broccoli and wholemeal pasta, the lean ground turkey ragu is rich in essential amino acids, low in fat and packed full of garlic and rosemary flavour. This dinner is winner on all fronts.

Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Brown Pasta (Durum Wheat semolina) (32%), Turkey Breast (13%), Broccoli (11%), Spinach, Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Salt), Olive Oil, Garlic, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Sea Salt.

This foil tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave on full heat (800w) for 4 minutes, stir the potato, then stir the curry and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid  and place the tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.

  • All A La Carte Shopping is delivered twice a week on Monday and Thursday evenings to provide fresh food all week. If you shop A La Carte, orders placed by on Monday at 6pm will be delivered Thursday evening from 4pm to 10pm. Orders placed on Thursday by 6pm will be delivered fresh on Monday evening between the same times.
  • All meal plan orders received by Friday 11:59pm are delivered on Monday evening and Thursday evening each week without further ordering required. Meal plans are set menus designed by our nutritionists for optimum health.


  • All A La Carte Shopping is delivered twice a week on Tuesday’s and Friday’s between working hours of 9am to 6pm to provide fresh food all week. If you shop A La Carte, orders placed by Monday at 6pm will be delivered on Friday and orders placed on Thursday’s will be delivered on Tuesdays.
  • All meal plan orders received by Friday 11:59pm are delivered the following week
