Turkey Breast, Olive Oil, White Rice, Basil, Oregano, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce (Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Anchovies (Fish)), Garlic, Mushrooms, Onion, Peas, Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Spinach, Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)).

This foil tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.

Microwave

To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave on full heat (800w) for 3 minutes, stir the Bolognese and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.

Oven

To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the foil tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 30 minutes until piping hot.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.

Our Turkey Bolognese with Basmati Rice is highly nutritious as well as tasty. This meal puts a healthy twist on the family favourite Bolognese by using lean turkey with added vegetables for an extra hit of nutrients.

The tender turkey is slow cooked to ensure maximum flavour and is served with rice, a combination as different veggies like spinach, peppers and peas all combined with a rich tomato sauce. The high carbohydrate and protein content means that this is the perfect meal designed to fuel you 2 hours before a training session or game.
