Beef Mince (57%), White Rice, Onion, Kidney Beans (Red Kidney Beans, Water, Salt), Red Cheddar Cheese (Milk), Hoi Sin Sauce (Sugar, Water, Fermented Soy Bean, Salt, Garlic, Sesame seeds, Thickener [Modified Corn Starch], Acidity Regulator [Acetic Acid], Natural Colour [Caramel], Spices [Coriander Seed, Chinese Star Anise, Cinnamon]), Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Salt), Black Pepper, Coriander, Garlic, Lime, Olive Oil, Sea Salt.

This black plastic tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 4 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the foil tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 15-20 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
