White Rice (29%), Irish Beef Mince (21%), Cooked Tomatoes [Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)], Carrots, Onion, Mushrooms, Oregano, Tomato Puree [Tomatoes, Salt], Garlic, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Sea Salt.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.

Microwave

To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave on full heat (800w) for 4 minutes, stir the Bolognese and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.

Oven

To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.

  • All A La Carte Shopping is delivered twice a week on Tuesday’s and Friday’s between working hours of 9am to 6pm to provide fresh food all week. If you shop A La Carte, orders placed by Monday at 6pm will be delivered on Friday and orders placed on Thursday’s will be delivered on Tuesdays.
  • All meal plan orders received by Friday 11:59pm are delivered the following week
