This delicious slow cooked cassoulet is made with ground turkey breast, tomatoes, garlic, onion and 4 different beans, including kidney, cannelini, black beans and borlotti , giving a great boost of plant protein. A perfect low carb, low fat, high protein dish, super satisfying and filling.

Turkey Breast (26%), Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Water, Cannellini Beans (7%), Kidney Beans (Red Kidney Beans, Water, Salt) (7%), Borlotti Beans (7%),  Black beans (7%), Onion, Spinach, Rice Wine, Garlic, Olive Oil, Thyme, Black Pepper, Sea Salt.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.

Microwave

To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 4 minutes until piping hot.

Oven

To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 30 minutes until piping hot.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
