This dish is our take on a traditional noodle stir fry, made with care by our Gourmet Chefs.

This dish is a fantastic, nutrient-dense option for vegetarians or vegans, or those looking for a meat-free Monday!


Egg Noodles (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Firming Agents (E501, E500), Acidity Regulator E330, Natural Colour E160a) (47%), Carrots, Courgette, Pak Choi, Red Peppers, Mangetout, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Vinegar), Sesame Oil, Sesame seeds, Cashew Nuts, Garlic, Red Chilli Peppers, Black Pepper, Sea Salt.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.


To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 2 minutes, stir, then cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.


To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 30 minutes until piping hot.


Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.

This dish is absolutely packed with nutrition as it contains 5 different types of vegetable as well as cashew nuts and sesame seeds.

This meal contains a mix of carrots, courgette, mangetout, red peppers and pak choi which ensure you are getting a healthy dose of vitamins A, C and E. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that is also a powerful antioxidant. Vitamin A plays a critical role in maintaining healthy vision, neurological function, healthy skin and is involved in reducing inflammation through fighting free radical damage. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps tissue grow and repair itself while Vitamin E helps the body regulate retinol levels, which is essential for healthy skin.

Cashew nuts  are rich in “heart-friendly” monounsaturated fatty acids. These essential fatty acids help lower harmful LDL-cholesterol while increasing good HDL cholesterol in the blood which helps to improve and maintain heart health.

Sesame seeds may be tiny, but they have huge health benefits! These seeds are incredibly rich sources of many essential minerals such as calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, magnesium, selenium, and copper.
