Almond and Sesame Crusted Salmon on a bed of Sweet Potato Mash

This delicious lunch is rich in protein and omega 3 fatty acids from the salmon as well as phytonutrients from the sweet potato and spinach. A true power lunch.

Sweet Potato (45%), Salmon (Fish ) (42%), Spinach, Almonds (2%), Lemon Juice, Coconut Oil, Sesame seeds (1%), Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Thyme.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.

Microwave

To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 3-4 minutes until piping hot.

Oven

To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 20 minutes until piping hot.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.

This Almond and Sesame Crusted Salmon lunch comes with a grilled Salmon fillet on a bed of sweet potato mash. The crust for this salmon is a combination of finely chopped roasted almonds and sesame seeds, and adds a wealth of flavour and texture to this already delicious dish.

Orders placed between Wednesday and Friday 11.59PM will be delivered fresh on Monday evening between 3pm and 10pm.

Orders placed over the weekend before Tuesday 11.59PM will be delivered Thursday evening between 3pm and 10pm.

Please note our driver will follow a set route and specific delivery times are not available.
