Lamb Kofta [Irish Lamb Mince (83%), Onion, Egg White, Herbs & Spices] (38%), Cooked Tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Cous Cous (Durum Wheat Semolina) (20%), Aubergine, Courgette, Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Red Wine (contains Sulphur Dioxide), Chives, Garlic, Olive Oil, Rosemary, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

This tray is suitable for both oven and microwave use.

Microwave

To prepare, pierce the film lid several times, place onto a plate and microwave (800w) on full heat for 2 minutes, stir the cous cous and cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot.

Oven

To oven cook, pierce the film lid and place the tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (190oC or 170oC fan assisted) for 30 minutes until piping hot.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0 to 5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the use by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) cook and consume within 24 hours.
