Multigrain & Veg Salad with Feta
For those of you who’d like a more substantial salad, this colourful multigrain salad does not disappoint! Filled with fibre rich ingredients and altogether packing a whopping 12g of fibre, this salad delivers as much on flavour as it does health benefits. Each serving contains 160g of raw vegetables and a perfect complement of plant proteins from the legumes and grains. A sprinkling of tangy feta cheese and a light and fresh lemon vinaigrette finishes this hearty dish off perfectly. This dish is wheat and nut free and packs a proper nutrition punch!
