Tomato & Roast Red Pepper Soup with Mixed Seeds
Nothing hits the spot like a great tomato soup and this one certainly does the trick! Along with the added flavour of roasted red peppers, thyme and delicious mixed seeds, our tomato soup is a gorgeous, fibre rich, low calorie meal that can be enjoyed as a light lunch. Remove lid and open.
Microwave (750w) on full heat for 2 minutes, then stir thoroughly. Cook for a further 1 minute on full heat and leave to stand for 1 minute before eating.
